It was another normal day at the World Cup Challenge League game between Uganda and Kenya at the Ugandan captial of Kampala. The match witnessed an incredible piece of fielding from veteran 41-year-olf Ugandan bowler Frank Nsubuga.
Kenya were put into bat in the first innings, and were going smoothly at 127-4 at the end of 17.4 overs. Collins Obuya and Irfan Karim were at the crease for the Kenyans. However, it was at this point of time that Nsubuga weaved his magic in the field. Medium pacer Dinesh Maganlal was bowling to Obuya at this point of time and he looked to deposit a short slower ball to the stands. However, Obuya miscued the shot, which went towards deep mid-wicket.

However, it looked like the ball was going to land in no-man’s land. However, Frank Nsubuga took off from mid-wicket running to wards the ball. In what was a brilliant moment in the field, Nsubuga ran in full throttle and jumped towards the ball. He dived forward and caught it with one hand. What made the catch even more sensational was the fact that the catcher was 41 years old.
