Littleton, Colorado (CBS4) – Dramatic video shows the Littleton Sports Bubble on Federal Boulevard near Bulls Street as it disintegrated in high winds on Wednesday. Julia Bell shared the video with CBS4.

In the video, the structure, which acts as a tennis elbow, is shown rocking with the video. I heard at least one woman being sworn in because the structure seemed to have failed.

Those in the bubble told CBS4 that the material was torn in half shortly after the video was posted.

The facility appeared to be empty at the time, but it was not clear if anyone had been injured.

Hurricane-force winds swept across upland Colorado, hills and across the Denver metro area and then spilled onto the eastern plains.
