Naomi Osaka gifted Taylor Fritz’s girlfriend with the latest Yonex racket launched earlier this month. After receiving the gift, Morgan Riddle jokingly said it’s definitely time she learns how to play tennis. “Think it’s time I learn how to play tennis now,” Riddle wrote on her Instagram Story.
Earlier this month, Osaka revealed the latest Yones racket. The racket was designed by Osaka’s sister Mari, who is passionate about fashion design.

Osaka left a small note to Riddle, saying she’s excited to share the latest Yonex racket with her.
“I am so excited to share my newest Yonex tennis racquet with you! This one is super special to me since my sister designed it herself. It has so much meaning – Dragons for power, good luck, and strength; Spider Lilies for strength and beauty; Purple/Gold for power and ambition,” the note read.
Meanwhile, Fritz has been enjoying the season of his life this season. Fritz is accompanied by Riddle wherever he goes and it seems to have a very positive impact on him. But before Riddle met Fritz, she didn’t really know much about tennis.
After Riddle started dating Fritz, she became curious about the game and has since been trying to promote the game through her social media. “I think the reason for me that I was so interested to bring it to a new audience is I didn’t know a thing about tennis until Taylor and I started dating,” revealed Riddle on the Hold On To Your Racquets podcast.
“You know, before him and I met, I was like , ‘Does he play college tennis?” What is the ATP? My whole family is a hockey family. Not a soul from Minnesota plays tennis.
This week, Fritz competed at the Montreal Masters. Fritz’s Montreal run ended following a round-of-16 defeat versus Daniel Evans.
