By India Today Web Desk: Former India cricketer Virender Sehwag took a cheeky dig at Pakistan after the neighbouring country lost the T20 World Cup match to India at Melbourne Cricket Ground on Sunday.

Arshdeep Singh and Virat Kohli stole the show as India secured a four-wicket win over the arch-rivals to kick start their campaign.

Sehwag posted a video of a man who seemed to be a Pakistan fan, breaking the TV after Babar Azam-led side lost the match in the final-over thriller. “Relax Padosiyon , it’s only a game. You tried really well. Hamaare yahan Deepawali hai toh pataakhe phod rahe hain aur aap bevajah TV phod rahe hain. Nahin yaar, TV ka kya kasoor,” Sehwag said.

Arshdeep, playing his first-ever World Cup, struck on his very first ball to get rid of Babar Azam for a golden duck. Along the way, the India left-arm fast bowler became the only second bowler to dismiss Babar for a first ball duck in T20Is after Afghanistan’s Fazalhaq Farooqi.

The 23-year-old returned for his second over and sent Mohammad Rizwan (4 off 12) packing, becoming the first bowler to dismiss both Pakistan openers in the same innings. Arshdeep finished with the figures of 3/32 as Pakistan posted 159/8 after being put into bat.

In reply, India had a horrendous start as its top-order collapsed early on. Haris Rauf and Naseem Shah gave Pakistan some hope after dismissing the likes of Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul and Suryakumar Yadav. Former India captain Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya took the match deep, with Kohli (82* off 53) hammering Pakistan bowlers.

With 16 runs needed in the final over, Pandya made the tough walk back to the dugout as Mohammad Nawaz ended his struggle. When the fourth ball went for a six, the umpire signalled a no-ball for being a high full-toss. Nawaz then bowled a wide before India took three runs on a free hit.

With two runs needed off two balls, Nawaz bowled a wide to level the scores. Ravichandran Ashwin, the new batter in the middle, cleared the infield for a single, leading to jubilation in the Indian dugout.
