Several NFL playoff spots are still in play in Week 18, along with two division titles. We’re predicting the last 14 post-season teams and their rankings throughout the day – along with the two-team race to pick the best NFL Draft.

Six divisions have already been settled, and the first seed in NFC belongs to the Packers. But the East Asian crown is up for grabs between the Bells and the Patriots, and the Rams try to fend off the Cardinals for the NFC West title. Five teams are vying for the last two places in the AFC Qualifiers, and the 49ers and Saints battle the last day for the last NFC wild card dock. In the meantime, the Titans need a win to beat the AFC top-seeded Chiefs. Finally, on the other side of the standings, both Jaguar and Lions have a chance of being first-chosen in the April draft.

We’re tracking down the picture of the final game – in both AFC and NFC – and the race for the #1 draft pick on Sunday. We’ll update playoff chances and predicted rankings from ESPN’s Football Power Index (FPI) periodically throughout the 14-game roster, showing how the playoff landscape changes as the games are played. What Tennessee Has Already Decided: The Titans were in the playoffs, winning the AFC South title in Week 17 for their second consecutive title.

What’s at stake for the Titans on Sunday: If the Titans beat Houston, they are the top seed in the AFC. If not, the heads of the bodies will claim first place in the AFC. Tennessee can finish anywhere from first to fourth place.

What’s at stake for Chiefs on Sunday: The tiebreak titans keep the game head-to-head over the Chiefs, so Kansas City need to lose Tennessee to finish top of the AFC.

What’s at stake in Sunday’s bills: Buffalo cannot finish with the top seed in the AFC, but he can beat East Asia through either of two simple paths. A win over the Jets gives them the division title, as does the Patriots’ loss to Miami.

What Cincinnati has already achieved: The Bengals go into the playoffs after winning the North Asian Championship in Week 17. It’s their first home qualifier and a First Division title since 2015.

What’s at stake for the Bengals on Sunday: It doesn’t include a great deal. Cincinnati can’t get the top seed after Kansas City’s win on Saturday, and it could finish second, third or fourth in the conference.
